Safety chuck, also known as safety chuck, is an object that can withstand high torque. Divided into horizontal installation and vertical installation. The simple, practical and easy to install design of standard safety chuck provides fast, safe, reliable and simple coupling and disengagement operation for frequent actions such as coupling transmission and disengagement. The whole structure is safe without the consideration of looseness in rotation. The sliding safety chuck allows the operator to make axial adjustment during the operation of the machine. The adjustment can be carried out through the hand wheel (option), and the axial support plate ensures the safe and accurate transmission of torque.

Working principle of safety chuck:

The safety chuck provides a quick, accurate, simple and safe connection device for frequent connection transmission and disengagement. It can be connected with air expansion shaft or square steel. There are two installation methods, including shaft seat type and flange type.

During the installation of the shaft seat type safety chuck, the foot seat is fixed, and the two ends of the air expansion shaft or square steel are respectively installed into the slot of the safety chuck. The slot of the safety chuck can be manually pushed to open, and it will automatically return to its original position when it rotates. The end of the safety chuck drives the chuck to rotate through the motor drive, so as to drive the coil shaft to rotate.

The flange type safety chuck directly connects the tail end to the motor without fixing, and rotates with the motor. The operation of the coil discharge shaft is basically the same as that of the shaft seat type.
