The function of take-up shaft is to wind the multi drum materials of various materials evenly, orderly and under constant tension on one or two shafts from the core to the outer layer. However, due to the uneven thickness of the material itself, there is a certain thickness error. After continuous coiling, the coil diameter has a greater accumulated error. This leads to the greater coiling speed difference and tension difference of each strip. It results in different coil tightness, uneven end face, serious material damage and scrapping due to excessive tension, especially polyester film, which not only has large thickness error, but also has large elongation, and is easy to cause waste due to tensile deformation. The special structure of slip shaft is composed of several slip rings, which can overcome the above phenomenon. When working, the slip ring is controlled to slip with a certain slip torque value (torque), and the slip amount just compensates the resulting speed difference, so as to accurately control the tension of each roll of material, realize constant tension coiling, and ensure the coiling quality. With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of science and technology, higher and higher requirements are put forward for flexible packaging products. The elongation of film is smaller and smaller, and the uniformity of winding end face is higher and higher, which puts forward higher requirements for the tension control of material film. The tension control accuracy of the take-up shaft directly determines the elongation of the slitting product and the end face uniformity, so it is necessary to use the slip shaft. The use of slip axis can reduce the speed of Slitter, the precision of winding, the degree of automation, the preparation time, and improve the humanization of operation. In particular, a variety of tape casting polyester thin materials with poor tensile property and large thickness error are used with slip shafts, so the difficulty of winding is reduced. The application of slip shaft winding for precious metal foil can greatly improve the rate of authentic products and reduce the production cost. It can be applied to the range from very low tension to the highest tension. It is suitable for the requirements of high speed, large material thickness error, multi section tension control, high tension control precision and neat end winding.
